The CARE Law Program assists seniors in the rural Nevada counties. We do not assist anyone in Washoe or Clark Counties. All clients must be 60 years or older. We do not handle litigation.

In 2004 argued the Hiibel case before the U.S. Supreme Court. Said case involved both the Fourth and Fifth Amendment. Also, qualified under Nevada Supreme Court Rule 250 to be lead counsel in death penalty cases.
