The CARE Law Program assists seniors in the rural Nevada counties. We do not assist anyone in Washoe or Clark Counties. All clients must be 60 years or older. We do not handle litigation.

I am a native Nevadan and have been in private practice since 1993 in the Reno area. My practice includes Personal Injury; Wills, Trusts and Probate; Real Estate and Contracts. I am married and have two children.

Martin Crowley has been practicing law in Nevada since 1987. He practices in a wide range of areas including bankruptcy, adoption, divorce, personal injury, criminal defense and more. Hector E. Quiroga is an immigration attorney and a professor of law at Gonzaga University Law School. Hector immigrated to the United States in January, 2000. He spoke no English but had a strong desire to become an immigration lawyer. Hector worked in many jobs to support his career (from unloading trucks, to washing dishes, to installing antennas). He learned and mastered English and settled in Spokane, Washington. He graduated with honors and attended Gonzaga School of Law, where he graduated top of his class.
