The CARE Law Program assists seniors in the rural Nevada counties. We do not assist anyone in Washoe or Clark Counties. All clients must be 60 years or older. We do not handle litigation.

I am a native Nevadan and have been in private practice since 1993 in the Reno area. My practice includes Personal Injury; Wills, Trusts and Probate; Real Estate and Contracts. I am married and have two children.

Martin Crowley has been practicing law in Nevada since 1987. He practices in a wide range of areas including bankruptcy, adoption, divorce, personal injury, criminal defense and more. Wills and trusts as well as probate and estates is a large part of Mr. Crowley's practice. Admitted to practice before all State and Federal Nevada Courts and the Federal 9th Circuit Court of Appeals

Charles Goodwin hails from UNLV's Boyd School of Law, where he excelled at moot court and scored the highest grade in three of his law school classes, including Immigration and Statutory Interpretation. Charles also completed highly-coveted externships with the Federal Public Defenders Office and the Clark County Public Defender, where he gained invaluable experience in all types of criminal defense cases. Charles speaks fluent Mandarin.

Matt is the managing partner of Claggett & Sykes Law Firm. Matt graduated from high school in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. After high school, Matt enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served four years in the Marine Corps infantry and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

After his service ended, Matt moved to Las Vegas and completed his undergraduate education at College of Southern Nevada and University of Phoenix, graduating with a degree in Business Marketing. William is a partner at Claggett & Sykes Law Firm in Las Vegas Nevada. He joined the team in 2008, and since he has recovered millions of dollars in settlements and judgements for his clients. He has many awards under his belt including, a Super Lawyers Mountain States Rising Star award in 2015.
