Late 1980's and early 1990's worked for the State of Louisiana with the AG's Office and Department of Environmental Quality. Mid 1990's to 2005 worked as a part-time public defender. Mark Goodman received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkley in 2001 and his law degree in 2005 from the University of San Francisco. He is licensed to practice law in both Nevada, California, and nationally in proceedings before the United States Patent Office. The CARE Law Program assists seniors in the rural Nevada counties. We do not assist anyone in Washoe or Clark Counties. All clients must be 60 years or older. We do not handle litigation.

Matt is the managing partner of Claggett & Sykes Law Firm. Matt graduated from high school in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. After high school, Matt enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served four years in the Marine Corps infantry and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
