Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Joshua has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. Joshua and his family currently reside in Ozark, Missouri, where he is an active member of the community.

Since June 1997, David has been a trial lawyer in private practice with his office located “on the square” in downtown Waynesville. M. Blake Heath is the lead trial attorney for the firm. He grew up in the small town of East Prairie, Missouri and attended Westminster College for his undergraduate degree. Blake received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he graduated cum laude. During law school Blake served as a Notes & Comment Editor for the UMKC Law Review. Erin graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law. After graduation, Erin joined Reuter Law Firm, now known as Reuter Merkle Law Firm, as an associate attorney. She is a member of St. Catherine Laboure and involved in many organizations including: Heartland Industries, Inc. (a sheltered workshop), the Missouri Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, Women Lawyers’ Association of St. Louis, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), Affton Chamber of Commerce, South County Chamber of Commerce and Crestwood-Sunset Hills Chamber of Commerce.
