I am a solo practitioner practicing in Eastern Missouri. My practice focus is on meeting the individual's needs: - Criminal Law - Family Law (Divorce, Custody) - Consumer Law I also offer counseling on small business and employment law. My background is in criminal defense litigation as well as government and public interest civil litigation.

I graduated from the University of North Texas and the University of Kansas School of Law. With over 40 years of legal practice, I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse array of cases, including simple automobile incidents, franchise disputes, and complex tort litigation. I hold licenses in both Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts, and my litigation experience extends across the United States. David Mangan grew up in Festus, Missouri and attended Festus R-6 High School, during which he participated in the Missouri Scholar's Academy, Missouri Boys' State, and the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine. He graduated from Festus in 2000 with a college preparatory degree. David then attended St. Louis University, where he majored in political science with a minor in theology and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004.
