My practice focus is on meeting the individual's needs: - Criminal Law - Family Law (Divorce, Custody) - Consumer Law I also offer counseling on small business and employment law. My background is in criminal defense litigation as well as government and public interest civil litigation.

I am a proud St. Louis native and alumnus of St. Louis University High School, the St. Louis University College of Arts and Sciences, and the St. Louis University School of Law. My legal career began in 1997 as an Assistant City Counselor for the City of St. Louis, where I was initially assigned to Lambert International Airport. David Mangan grew up in Festus, Missouri and attended Festus R-6 High School, during which he participated in the Missouri Scholar's Academy, Missouri Boys' State, and the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine.
