With over 40 years of legal practice, I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a diverse array of cases, including simple automobile incidents, franchise disputes, and complex tort litigation. I hold licenses in both Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts, and my litigation experience extends across the United States. Bill Quatman is a licensed Architect as well as an Attorney, with over 40 years of experience. He is an AV Preeminent-rated lawyer (highest rating) by Martindale Hubble, who was given the Lifetime Achievement Award by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), and the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA). He is an approved arbitrator by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and a mediator through the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri (WDMo).

I am a lifelong resident of Kansas City. I attended Rockhurst High School, the University of Missouri-Columbia, and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where I served as Literary Editor of the Law Review. Upon my graduation from law school, I spent one year as a judicial law clerk in Jackson County, Missouri and then spent several years at a prominent Kansas City litigation firm.
