Randy J. Reichard has been practicing law since 1995 and focuses his practice on representing victims and families of personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from automobile accidents, slip and falls, and workers’ compensation claims. Randy also has extensive experience handling insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith claims, and real estate litigation. A skilled trial attorney, he successfully has tried cases throughout southwest Missouri and has appeared before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court. Hannah Versemann is an attorney with deep roots in the Ozarks. She was raised in Clever and attended Missouri State University’s Honors College, where she received her B.A. with honors in philosophy. She traveled to Saint Louis University’s School of Law, where she obtained its prestigious health law certificate and gained valuable experience in the mediation clinic. Hannah is an experienced mediator in family, landlord-tenant, and personal injury cases. After her graduation, Hannah returned to the Ozarks, where she worked for Legal Services of Southern Missouri, both in their Medical-Legal Partnership, and as a general practitioner.

Willie has three passions in life: family (including his dogs), following his favorite sports teams, and helping his clients. He practices QDRO law (retirement division) from coast to coast, in his seven licensed states. He's a recognized authority in the area, teaching other lawyers about QDROs and legal practice at state bar conferences and via online education platforms.

Joshua is a native of Missouri, having obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Missouri State University, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Prior to entering private practice, Joshua clerked for a Federal judge for the Western District in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Baker is an experienced and aggressive trial attorney. Joshua has obtained successful trial verdicts for his clients both at the trial level, and at the appellate level before the Southern District Court of Appeals. Joshua and his family currently reside in Ozark, Missouri, where he is an active member of the community.
