Mary Hahn has honed her skills in the courtroom over the last 25 years, specializing in civil litigation and appellate law, in particular multi-party business litigation, construction law, business contract disputes and divorce proceedings.

In 1997-98, I worked for 3 judges at the Court of Appeals researching and drafting opinions. From 1998 to 2003 I was a DWI implied consent prosecutor in the Attorney General's Office. Since 2003 I have been in private practice as a Minnesota Criminal Defense Attorney. I have won jury trials in DWI cases and non-DWI cases, and in felony and non-felony cases.
