I was raised in Minnesota. My academic journey took me to St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business, graduating cum laude. I furthered my education at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, where I held the position of senior editor for the Law Journal and worked as a certified student attorney in the Elder Law Clinic. My legal practice is centered around family law, real estate, and estate planning.

Jacob J. Thomason (“Jake”) provides passionate and creative representation to his clients. Jake focuses his practice on criminal defense, domestic abuse, harassment, and family law. For nearly a decade Jake has focused his practice on criminal law, with the past seven years spent as a prosecutor at the Otter Tail County Attorney’s Office. Richard Stermer has practiced law in Western Minnesota for the past 24 years. Mr. Stermer has extensive experience in handling a variety of cases in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Stermer focuses his practice on bankruptcy, and complicated litigation and appeals.

Ginny grew up in North Minneapolis and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. She got her undergraduate Degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a major in Political Science with a focus in Law and Politics and a minor in Sociology: Law, Criminology, and Deviance.
