Patricia Felix graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2016. With a previous career spanning over 30 years in the federal government, including positions with the U.S. Small Business Administration and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Patricia Felix has been a practicing attorney since 2021. She is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Simmons earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at Central Michigan University, where she attended on a CMU Honors Scholarship. She earned her juris doctor from Cooley Law School, where she was on the Cooley Law Review, the Honor Roll and the Dean’s List. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Advocacy and Products Liability.
