Ms. Simmons earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at Central Michigan University, where she attended on a CMU Honors Scholarship. She earned her juris doctor from Cooley Law School, where she was on the Cooley Law Review, the Honor Roll and the Dean’s List. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Advocacy and Products Liability. James Wilson has been a practicing attorney since 1983. His practice includes Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Counseling, and Real Estate. The real estate includes contracts, land contracts, and purchase agreements. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
