After graduating from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2006, I began partnering with experienced and capable attorneys to gain knowledge and expertise in Family Law. I continue to assist families in resolving their domestic issues such as divorce, child custody, paternity, support and all other aspects of family law. Kenneth F. Brooks has over ten years of experience in the intellectual property law industry. Ken joined the BrooksGroup when it was formed in 2012 and was instrumental in the formation of the firm’s best practices and procedures including developing and documenting internal best practice documentation. Ken’s practice covers a variety of IP and IP-adjacent matters including patent application drafting & prosecution, patentability opinions, clearance searches, trademark matters, as well as contractual agreements, royalties, and licensing.
