I have been in practice since 1975. My practice is limited to representing the victims of serious personal injury throughout the state of Michigan. While we represent individuals injured in auto,truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and workers compensation claims, over the past 25 years I have concentrated my practice in representing victims of construction site accidents. This would include falls on construction sites, injuries caused by the negligence of a general contractor, property owner, or other trade or subcontractor. James Wilson has been a practicing attorney since 1983. His practice includes Estate Planning, Elder Law, Medicaid Counseling, and Real Estate. The real estate includes contracts, land contracts, and purchase agreements. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
