I started working as an intern in the Muskegon County Prosecutor's Office in 1984. In1986 I joined the firm of Potuznik, Spaniola, Wilson, Anderson & Nolan, PC. In 1990, I started my own firm which later became Nolan & Nolan, PC. I eventually opened Nolan Law Offices, PLLC and our law firm is one of the most sought after criminal defense firms in Western Michigan. I have enjoyed a small town general law practice for my entire career. Advising real estate, business and elderlaw clients presently gives me the most satisfaction in my business; but in a rural community where many different client needs require diligence and ingenuity, I enjoy the daily challenge of helping solve people's problems.
