I have been in practice since 1975. My practice is limited to representing the victims of serious personal injury throughout the state of Michigan. While we represent individuals injured in auto,truck and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, and workers compensation claims, over the past 25 years I have concentrated my practice in representing victims of construction site accidents. This would include falls on construction sites, injuries caused by the negligence of a general contractor, property owner, or other trade or subcontractor. Kenneth F. Brooks has over ten years of experience in the intellectual property law industry. Ken joined the BrooksGroup when it was formed in 2012 and was instrumental in the formation of the firm’s best practices and procedures including developing and documenting internal best practice documentation.
