Joseph S. Hughes is 1993 graduate of the State University of New York School of Law. He has been actively practicing law since. He is licensed to practice in Michigan, New York and Pennsylvania. The practice is concenctrated in the area of immigration, sociala security disability, criminal defense, divorce and custody matters, insurance claims and personal taxation. I accept all major credits cards and we care also open to payment plans.

Steven Kaplan, a 1981 honors graduate of Detroit College of Law, served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Macomb County for 24 years, and for Wayne County for two years. Ms. Simmons earned her bachelor’s degree in political science at Central Michigan University, where she attended on a CMU Honors Scholarship. She earned her juris doctor from Cooley Law School, where she was on the Cooley Law Review, the Honor Roll and the Dean’s List. She also received the American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in Advocacy and Products Liability.
