Raised in Rowley, Massachusetts, Eric completed his undergraduate work at the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, and earned his JD magna cum laude from New England Law | Boston, where he received honors including the Sandra Day O'Connor award and the Scribe's Award.

Eric founded Pacy Law after three years at a large, greater-Boston area conveyancing firm. He is an affiliate member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the North Shore Association of Realtors.
