Retired police officer after 23 years of service. Trained in many areas of concentration such as drug, crime scene, sexual assault and domestic violence investigations. I was trained by the FBI, Massachusetts State Police, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the NHTSA. One of my primary focuses was and continues to be drunk driving cases. As a police officer I attended advanced training in field sobriety testing. I apply all of my police training to my client's case.

David Tapalian has lived in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area his entire life. He is graduate of Brown University located in Providence, R.I. While at Brown, Mr. Tapalian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and American Institutions. Upon graduation from Brown University Mr. Tapalian then received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Roger Williams University School of Law.
