Michael LeRoy is a Missouri native, born in the city of Independence. In 1989, Michael LeRoy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Nebraska. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, having graduated from there, with high honors, in 1993. He is now the managing partner and a founding partner of law firm Fulmer, LeRoy, Albee, Baumann, which has several offices throughout Florida.

John O'Connell is a lawyer, Commercial Pilot (Single-Multi Engine Land and Sea with Instrument Rating)and an experienced scuba diver (certified advanced open water) who has been litigating personal injury cases for the past twenty eight years.
