Elizabeth's practice is focused on administrative law and estate planning. More specifically, she represents social security disability claimants in administrative hearings and in federal court. She also works with clients to develop estate plans that reflect the clients' priorities and values.

I have handled a wide range of cases, from murder to traffic tickets and everything in between. I completed my undergraduate studies in philosophy and religion in 2005. Between 2005 and 2010, I explored wine making in Oregon, my home state, before engaging in a legal battle against the EPA in Tennessee in 2011, which led to the issuance of the first emissions permit for a human crematory in the United States—it's a long story.
