I am a practicing attorney in Ellsworth, Maine. I was born and raised on Mount Desert Island, and have long ties to the island community. I am practicing with Jones, Kuriloff, & Sargent, LLC, a firm which primarily deals with estate planning, real estate transactions, and small businesses.

Prior to establishing her own law practice in estate planning, probate, trust administration, corporate matters, and real estate, Rebecca was Senior Vice President & Senior Trust Officer at Union Trust Company (now Camden National Bank) from 1994 to 2008. Before that, she practiced law at Loughlin & Wade in Portsmouth, NH. I am an Assistant District Attorney in Hancock & Washington Counties. Primarily, I work out of the Ellsworth DA's office.

While I concentrate in criminal defense and workers' compensation, I have represented a fair number of clients on civil cases and have formed a respectable number of business entities.

I'm a self-employed family practice attorney with areas of expertise in small business and election law.

I have grown up in Maine attending Erskine Academy and UMaine Orono. I obtained my law degree in Connecticut (Uconn Law) and returned to practice near my home. Now that I have returned to Maine I have picked up my favorite hobbies: hiking, biking, fishing, kayaking, visiting the local towns for those small hidden gem's like Eat More Cheese, Liberal Cup, Jess's Market, Perry's Nutshop (any many others), and spending time with family and friends.

Prior to that, she operated her own law practice in Ellsworth, Maine, where she worked with clients on real estate, probate, and civil matters. I have been practicing immigration law in the mid-coast region of Maine since 2013, after almost 20 years working in natural resources conservation law and policy. My interest in immigration is both professional and personal. I was a landed immigrant (permanent resident) of Canada for several years and, after returning to the U.S. adopted both of my children internationally. I love learning and working across cultures and am a strong believer in the need to attract new immigrants to this region.

After 35 years as a civil trial lawyer in all kinds and sizes of cases, Bill Robitzek has formed a practice devoted to serving the needs of other attorneys. I was born and raised in Sanford, Maine. Later, I attended Maine Maritime Academy (1983 Engineering), and worked at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Design Division (Code 260) on nuclear aircraft carriers. Next, I attended Vermont Law School where I graduated with honors.
