Gary Boutwell was born in Plaquemines Parish and grew up in North Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University and earned his law degree from Loyola Law School. Gary’s father worked offshore in Louisiana’s oilfield industry, so he knows firsthand the dangerous conditions and injuries that workers face every day.
