With over 40 years of experience, I am an accomplished attorney, executive, and community leader, focusing on elder law, estate planning, and real estate. My work has been recognized by Louisiana Life Magazine, where I was listed as one of the top 100 attorneys in Louisiana, and I have been named a "Super Lawyer." Currently, I serve on the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority board in the State of Louisiana. In addition to my board duties, I maintain an active practice in elder law and estate planning, as well as managing real estate closings and title practice.

Mr. Hoyt has been practicing law since 1977. He represents Individuals and Corporations on a variety of matters. Working at the National Office of the IRS and serving as a Director of a Public Company gives Mr. Hoyt a variety of experience to apply to many business problems that someone could face.

I earned my B.S. degree from Louisiana State University in 2001 and went on to receive my juris doctorate from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge in 2007. During my time in law school, I was honored to be a member of the Law Review and graduated magna cum laude. Additionally, I served as Marshal and was later elected as Justice (President) of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International Tureaud Chapter, and was selected as a member of law review.
