Mr. Hoyt has been practicing law since 1977. He represents Individuals and Corporations on a variety of matters. Working at the National Office of the IRS and serving as a Director of a Public Company gives Mr. Hoyt a variety of experience to apply to many business problems that someone could face.

Adam is an experienced litigation attorney with northeast Louisiana’s oldest and largest law firm. He has extensive experience in the courtroom, having tried over 30 cases to verdict in multiple states and favorably resolving many more via motion practice and pre-trial mediation. He also has an active appellate practice, having successfully represented clients before the United States Supreme Court (drafting a successful petition for certiorari), the United States Fifth Circuit, the Louisiana Supreme Court, the Louisiana First, Second, and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal, the Arkansas Supreme Court, and the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
