Mr. Hoyt has been practicing law since 1977. He represents Individuals and Corporations on a variety of matters. Working at the National Office of the IRS and serving as a Director of a Public Company gives Mr. Hoyt a variety of experience to apply to many business problems that someone could face.

After graduating from Loyola University New Orleans in 2013 with a B.A. in Philosophy, Chandler began his career as a banking officer and eventually a branch manager for a local community bank. Deciding to pursue his goal of attending law school, he resigned from banking to attend Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he earned the Law Excellence Award in Securities Law and Regulation.
