Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for nearly 15 years. He has handled various matters from civil actions to domestic relations cases involving complex financial and custody issues (including parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate matters and has successfully challenged trial court rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation training began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin during the Fall of 2003. Teagan Boda is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. Teagan is a lifelong Puebloan, and received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado State University-Pueblo in 2018. She then attended law school at William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2021. Teagan then passed the Colorado bar that October.
