David was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1967 and admitted to the Kentucky and Federal bars in 1994. David is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. The U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit; the U.S. District Court in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.

Tony is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law and also holds a MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a BBA in finance from University of Kentucky. He is the founder and Managing Attorney at Mahan Law where he spends the majority of his practice representing small businesses and individuals in all aspects of business law and civil litigation.
