I am a estate planner and civil litigator in private practice and a trial advocacy undergraduate and law school faculty member. Dale has spent his entire professional career working with and for inventors. He has been a registered patent attorney for seventeen years and has prosecuted hundreds of patent applications of all types to issuance. Ms. Parker represents individuals and businesses during the investigation and prosecution of criminal charges in federal and state courts. Jared R Muir has developed a practice primarily centered in Landlord Tenant Law with an emphasis on evictions. Mr. Muir processes several evictions per month for multiple clients. His goal is to create a hassle free streamlined precess for his clients. He also focuses his practice on guardianships and conservatorships. He serves as conservator for several individuals as well as attorney-in-fact for several others. In this capacity he manages finances for those who are unable to do it themselves and for those who simply want someone else to manage the day to day finances.
