Mr. Bordonaro has been an attorney since 1997. He graduated from the University of Central Florida and later attended law School at Florida State University. Upon graduation, he clerked for the 14th Circuit Court in Panama City.

After moving to Emporia where his wife is a professor at Emporia State University, Mr. Bordonaro was admitted to practice in Kansas in 2009 and has been in business ever since.

I enjoy the opportunity to work with my clients and feel like I have provided not only a professional service for them, but also a personal service for them. I have both a business, tax and agricultural background.

Helping families plan their legacy, create and manage businesses, and solve family and elder law issues. I am a estate planner and civil litigator in private practice and a trial advocacy undergraduate and law school faculty member. I specialize in litigation strategy, wills and trusts, and wills and trust litigation. I work on publications mostly surrounding trial issues and property law.
