Jared R Muir has developed a practice primarily centered in Landlord Tenant Law with an emphasis on evictions. Mr. Muir processes several evictions per month for multiple clients. His goal is to create a hassle free streamlined precess for his clients. He also focuses his practice on guardianships and conservatorships. He serves as conservator for several individuals as well as attorney-in-fact for several others. In this capacity he manages finances for those who are unable to do it themselves and for those who simply want someone else to manage the day to day finances.

Shawn Foster learned the power of persuasion and passion early, growing up in a politically active household. Inspired to make a difference, he pursued law after seeing the disparities between those with access to strong legal representation and those without. Shawn initially represented insurance companies and Fortune 500 firms, gaining insight into the challenges faced by injured victims. Doug went to Wichita Collegiate School, Trinity University as a Baker Duncan Scholar, and the University of Kansas School of Law where he served as the Managing Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy.
