Mauro M. I am an experienced lawyer in the areas of Private International Law, Russian and European Commercial Law, investments and doing business in Russia, Europe and other countries of the former USSR. I also advise clients on Contract law, company formation, dispute resolution and international arbitration and litigation in Russia, other former USSR countries and Europe.
