Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Chase Law School in 1986. Michael Lakes joined our Indianapolis office in July of 2024. Before that, he was employed with the Indiana Department of Child Services providing legal services to field staff to help promote compliance with Indiana law and child welfare.
