Ms. Carey has practiced law for the past thirty (30) years primarily in the area of bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation; however, she also handles other matters including probate planing, estate administration, civil litigation, collection matters and some domestic law matters.

A graduate of Purdue University, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar, Thomas B. O’Farrell earned his law degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis. A former clerk for the Indiana Attorney General, Mr. O’Farrell has gained extensive trial and appellate experience, including oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. O’Farrell advises clients on diverse issues such as: personal injury suits, bankruptcy, criminal law, appeals, estate planning, and business law.

Erika is a partner with Halcomb Singler, LLP, in Carmel, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2001 with a double major in political science and criminal justice, and a minor in business. Erika received her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to practice law in Indiana in the same year. Kristina was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her family moved to Olathe, Kansas when she was five years old. She later moved to Indiana when she was fifteen years old. After attending Westfield High School, she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Butler University, cum laude.
