A graduate of Purdue University, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar, Thomas B. O’Farrell earned his law degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis. A former clerk for the Indiana Attorney General, Mr. O’Farrell has gained extensive trial and appellate experience, including oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. O’Farrell advises clients on diverse issues such as: personal injury suits, bankruptcy, criminal law, appeals, estate planning, and business law.

Jessie A. Cook represents individuals accused of major felonies in state and federal courts. She graduated from IU Maurer School of Law (1979, cum laude), the National College of Criminal Defense and the Darrow College of Capital Defense. She teaches advanced trial advocacy at the Maurer School of Law- Bloomington, and for various continuing legal education programs including the Federal Defender Organization, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and ICLEF’s Trial Advocacy Skills College. Mallory Slaton grew up in Ladoga, a small town in west central Indiana. With the goal of becoming an attorney, she attended Purdue University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. While enrolled at Purdue, Mallory worked at Hensley Legal Group, PC during the summer and over breaks as a legal assistant.

Kristina was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her family moved to Olathe, Kansas when she was five years old. She later moved to Indiana when she was fifteen years old. After attending Westfield High School, she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Butler University, cum laude.

In 2009, Kristina joined Hensley Legal Group as a legal assistant in the Social Security disability department.
