A St. Philip native, Erin Schmitt Tuley returned to the Evansville, IN area to practice law after receiving her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She began her career as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Vanderburgh County, where she handled felony-level cases, prosecuting major violent felonies during the last few years of her career as a prosecutor. Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life.
