Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.

David Hatfield has focused his entire career on personal injury law and litigation. He is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of injury victims. For more than 35 years, Mr. Hatfield has helped people throughout the tri-state area fight for the compensation they deserve. A native of Vanderburgh County, Mr. Hatfield is highly involved in the local community. He volunteers his time and leadership in various nonprofit, professional and community organizations. He is licensed to practice in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.

Jessie A. Cook represents individuals accused of major felonies in state and federal courts. She graduated from IU Maurer School of Law (1979, cum laude), the National College of Criminal Defense and the Darrow College of Capital Defense. She teaches advanced trial advocacy at the Maurer School of Law- Bloomington, and for various continuing legal education programs including the Federal Defender Organization, the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, and ICLEF’s Trial Advocacy Skills College. Attorney Justin T. Bowen received his law degree from the Indiana University McKinney School of Law, where he was named Law Student of the Year in 2004. Mr. Bowen has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable L. Mark Bailey of the Indiana Court of Appeals, and has worked for one of the largest defense law firms in the Midwest, where he practiced toxic torts litigation and defended industrial manufacturers. I graduated cum laude from Drake University Law School where I was Chairman of our Moot Court Team, arguing in national competition. I greatly enjoyed learning the law and was a member of, and wrote for the Drake Law Review. In my third year the University allowed me to double my academic hours and graduate a semester early, which had not before been extended to a Drake law student.
