I began my law practice in a large law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. I then decided to return to my hometown. Since returning to Evansville, I have concentrated in areas that effect the everyday lives of people around me. Consequently, I have helped numerous people with their family law and probate problems.

Michael Lakes joined our Indianapolis office in July of 2024. Before that, he was employed with the Indiana Department of Child Services providing legal services to field staff to help promote compliance with Indiana law and child welfare. Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life.
