Travis focuses on labor and employment law, business law, and estate planning. He’s licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Travis graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made Dean’s List seven terms and was a Law Journal executive editor. He and his wife Betsie, a public school teacher, live in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four children. Much of their free time is spent working on their small family farm.

Erika is a partner with Halcomb Singler, LLP, in Carmel, Indiana. She received her undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington in 2001 with a double major in political science and criminal justice, and a minor in business. Erika received her law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law in 2005 and was admitted to practice law in Indiana in the same year. A graduate of Purdue University, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar, Thomas B. O’Farrell earned his law degree from Indiana University at Indianapolis. A former clerk for the Indiana Attorney General, Mr. O’Farrell has gained extensive trial and appellate experience, including oral argument before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Mr. O’Farrell advises clients on diverse issues such as: personal injury suits, bankruptcy, criminal law, appeals, estate planning, and business law.

She graduated from IU Maurer School of Law (1979, cum laude), the National College of Criminal Defense and the Darrow College of Capital Defense. Mallory Slaton grew up in Ladoga, a small town in west central Indiana. With the goal of becoming an attorney, she attended Purdue University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. While enrolled at Purdue, Mallory worked at Hensley Legal Group, PC during the summer and over breaks as a legal assistant.

Kristina was born in Poughkeepsie, New York. Her family moved to Olathe, Kansas when she was five years old. She later moved to Indiana when she was fifteen years old. After attending Westfield High School, she earned her Bachelors of Arts degree in French and Psychology from Butler University, cum laude.
