Chad E. Delventhal grew up in Auburn, Indiana, graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Business in 1996, and earned his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2008. Lewis Ostermeyer is part of our business transactions team assisting with drafting and reviewing of contracts, regulatory compliance, and due diligence.
