She graduated from IU Maurer School of Law (1979, cum laude), the National College of Criminal Defense and the Darrow College of Capital Defense. Mr. Bowen has served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable L. Dustin Fregiato was born and raised in a small town in Eastern Ohio.
