Michael Lakes joined our Indianapolis office in July of 2024. Before that, he was employed with the Indiana Department of Child Services providing legal services to field staff to help promote compliance with Indiana law and child welfare. I handle appeals in all federal and Indiana state appellate courts, in both civil and criminal proceedings. Besides Indiana courts, I also practice regularly in the the United States Courts of Appeals for the Seventh and Eighth Circuits, and have also worked on appeals in most of the other federal circuits as well as the United States Supreme Court. Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Chase Law School in 1986. James (Jamie) Edgar is a seasoned criminal defense lawyer with about 30 years trial experience. He practices in both State and Federal courts and has handled some of the most complicated criminal cases to be filed in these courts. He takes relatively few cases so that he and his professional staff and focus more exclusively on getting the best result for you.
