Daniel J. Tuley has been practicing personal injury law for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of clients through his career. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana and has lived in Evansville for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 1981 with a degree in Political Science and earned his J.D. from Chase Law School in 1986. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

I began my law practice in a large law firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. I then decided to return to my hometown. Since returning to Evansville, I have concentrated in areas that effect the everyday lives of people around me. Consequently, I have helped numerous people with their family law and probate problems.

Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.

During the past two decades, Catherine (Cathy) Kyle has devoted her practice to representing individuals and companies in civil litigation and business matters. Cathy’s varied experience allows her to provide a range of services to her clients and to offer new perspectives and solutions to their legal problems.

Cathy focuses her current practice on family law, adoption and guardianship, Child in Need of Services cases, and other civil litigation matters. David Hatfield has focused his entire career on personal injury law and litigation. He is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of injury victims. For more than 35 years, Mr. Hatfield has helped people throughout the tri-state area fight for the compensation they deserve. A native of Vanderburgh County, Mr. Hatfield is highly involved in the local community. He volunteers his time and leadership in various nonprofit, professional and community organizations. Travis focuses on labor and employment law, business law, and estate planning. He’s licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Travis graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made Dean’s List seven terms and was a Law Journal executive editor. He and his wife Betsie, a public school teacher, live in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four children. Much of their free time is spent working on their small family farm.
