I have been practicing law for 28 years with a focus on criminal law for 26 of those years. I have been a public defender in Clark, Floyd, Harrison and Orange counties. I practice in those counties as well as Scott, Crawford, Washington, Jefferson. I am also licensed in Kentucky, practicing only in Jefferson county on that side of the river. I have handled murder cases as well as all other high level felony matters. I also handle low level felonies, misdemeanors and traffic infraction cases. I am a trial attorney with plenty of trial experience.

Heath A. Tuley has been practicing law since 2010. He was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He began his career as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Vanderburgh County and joined his father’s practice in 2014. He graduated from the University of Evansville in 2003 with a B.A. in Spanish and a B.F.A. in Creative Writing and earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 2010.

David Hatfield has focused his entire career on personal injury law and litigation. He is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of injury victims. For more than 35 years, Mr. Hatfield has helped people throughout the tri-state area fight for the compensation they deserve. A native of Vanderburgh County, Mr. Hatfield is highly involved in the local community. He volunteers his time and leadership in various nonprofit, professional and community organizations. He is licensed to practice in Indiana, Kentucky and Illinois.

Travis focuses on labor and employment law, business law, and estate planning. He’s licensed to practice law in Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. Travis graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where he made Dean’s List seven terms and was a Law Journal executive editor. He and his wife Betsie, a public school teacher, live in Bloomington, Indiana, with their four children. Much of their free time is spent working on their small family farm.
