I am an experienced and knowledgeable Immigration Law Attorney. My practice areas include Family Sponsored Immigration, Naturalization/US Citizenship Applications, Nonimmigrant Visas and Employment Based Immigration. I earned by B.A. in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington. In 1990, I received my J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Washington and am a member of the Washington State Bar Association.

I am fluent in German, and Japanese interpretation is available.

Justin Idiart began practicing in 2011 although he has been working in the legal industry since 1998. Justin graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Daniel L. Harris in Jackson County Circuit Court.

He also received an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2007. Justin is fluent in English and Spanish.
