The part of my work which I find most enjoyable is coming up with solutions to my clients’ legal matters. I’m in business because I like helping people with their legal issues.

In practice for over 25 years and handling Immigration in Miami and the Keys for the past 9 years. The firm handles almost exclusively Immigration matters for individuals including Green Cards, Naturalization, Work and Travel Permits, Deportation, Asylum, Immigration Court Proceedings and Overseas Immigration processing at Embassies. Wayne Dapser graduated from the University of Illinois and Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles and is a member of the Florida, Illinois and California Bars.

Jane Gordon was called to the Bar in Manitoba Canada in 1984. She practiced in a variety of areas over the years, including real estate law, corporate and commercial law, as well as wills and probate.

Moved to Florida in 2014 and worked as a Legal Specialist in the area of Immigration Law. Jane was called to the Massachusett's Bar in November of 2018.

Jane is an immigrant herself and is sensitive to the stress and difficulties her client's face in pursuit of their immigration goals. She cares !
