After graduating from law school and being admitted to the Florida bar in 2008, Mr. Sanchez worked for a national consumer bankruptcy firm handling a large volume of chapter 7 and chapter 13 cases. Mr. Sanchez has also handled a wide range of cases including personal injury matters.

In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. We are proud to represent consumers and small businesses in their efforts to stay in their homes and keeping their commercial endeavors viable. To date, we have discharged more than $1.7 million in federal student loans and are going strong with the new guidance. We strive to be the best representation out there for the community.

My practice focuses on civil litigation and counseling, including commercial and shareholder disputes, antitrust, class action, product liability, and environmental litigation. I have brought and defended litigation in courts across the United States, and coordinated litigation in Europe and the Middle East with foreign counsel. I also provide counseling and advice regarding corporate formation, compliance, risk mitigation, and internal investigations. Mark Longwell was born in Silver Spring, Maryland (adjacent to Washington, D.C.), where he spent his youth. He moved to Grosse Pointe, Michigan in elementary school and graduated high school in 1983. He earned a multi-disciplinary Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Political Science and Psychology from Michigan State University in 1987. In 1990, Mark earned his Juris Doctor Law Degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
