In practice since 1989, our team has led the way in federal student loan discharges, stay violation sanctions and the Mortgage Modification Program in the Middle District of Florida. We teach modification across the country-ND CA, NV, AZ, SC, IL, and NY. Jennifer M. Manyen, a licensed attorney in Florida, attained her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical College of Law, and her Bachelor degree, in Political Science, from the University of Central Florida. While attending law school she clerked at a national appellate litigation firm where she drafted numerous state and federal direct appeals, post-conviction petitions, and writs of habeas corpus. Under the direct supervision of the managing partner she was also exposed to the procedure and laws of the states of Texas, New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina....

I have been licensed to practice law since 1987. I have tried over 400 jury trials from DUI's to First Degree Murder. I am licensed throughout the State of Florida and the Middle District of Florida for federal cases.
