Cinda L. Scales is an attorney practicing in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia. Ms. Scales was admitted to the practice of law in 1989. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law. In additional she has a Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Applied Psychology from Shippensburg University. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Shepherd University in Business Administration. She is admitted to practice law in West Virginia and Maryland. In addition to the practice of law, she is an associate professor of business administration at Shepherd University.

Stephanie E. Scales-Sherrin joined the firm in May of 2008. Ms. Scales-Sherrin graduated from the Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina, with a law degree in 2007. Ms. Scales-Sherrin also holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University. She is admitted to practice in West Virginia and handles cases in family law, criminal defense and personal injury.

Patrick Crowe is an attorney, licensed to practice law in the State of West Virginia. Patrick's educational experience includes a Master's degree from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from the West Virginia University College of Law. Patrick brings a unique blend of professional experience to his practice. Patrick's legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Susan B.
